Deletion Details

What happens when you request deletion:
All personal information associated with the student's account — including session history, chat messages, skill progress records, and profile data — will be permanently removed. This action is irreversible. The student's account will also be deactivated.

Under COPPA and FERPA, we complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You'll receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Your data export will contain all information Kuliso holds for the student: account profile, session records, AI tutor conversations, skill assessments, and any associated metadata. The export is delivered as a structured JSON file.
